♥ HOW DO I GO ABOUT GETTING A QUOTE FOR WEDDING INVITES? ♥
For a quote, please visit the CONTACT US tab on our website. In the comments section please include the name of the design you are interested in, how many you need, the inserts you need, etc. and we will get back to you within 24 hours with a custom quote for your wedding invites.
♥ CAN I SEE A SAMPLE PRIOR TO COMMITTING? ♥
If you are interested in ordering your wedding invites from us but would like to see quality prior to committing you are more then welcome to purchase our sample pack which consists of 3 of our most popular designs. Please visit the CONTACT US tab on our website. In the comments section you may request a sample pack and we will send you a link to purchase.
♥ WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME? ♥
Due to the intricate handmade nature of our designs and our keen attention to detail, as well as depending on whether we are in the height of wedding season and number of current orders we have, turnaround time can range anywhere from 6-8 weeks. We prioritize all orders based on wedding date to ensure that all orders get out in time to be mailed. If your wedding date is rapidly approaching we suggest you upgrade to your order to RUSH to ensure you receive your wedding invites within your time-frame, otherwise your order can be received anytime from 6-8 weeks depending on factors stated above. ♥ HOW DO I ORDER MY WEDDING INVITATIONS? ♥
• PURCHASE LISTING – Choose the design you love in the shop section of our website and click the BOOK NOW button to purchase the $100 deposit. Your purchase will serve as your deposit and put your wedding date on our calendar and begin the design process. Please note, deposit payments are nonrefundable due to the fact that they are used to fill spots on our calendar and when we get too booked we may turn other couples down to ensure your spot. Thank you for your understanding!
• COMPLETE QUESTIONNAIRE – Upon listing purchase we will send you a questionnaire via email to fill out and begin the design process.
♥ WHAT IS THE PROOFING PROCESS? ♥
The proofing process is the most time important process of invitation ordering. Proper names and places are exceptionally tricky. Spell check is NOT always reliable. However, we will submit to you as clean of a proof as possible. Please proofread your proof copies very carefully. We CANNOT be responsible for any errors that have been inadvertently overlooked by you. Examine SPELLING, TIMES, DATE AND DAY, NAMES, AND LOCATION SPELLING, possible omissions, etc., before you approve your proof. You are financially responsible for any reprints or material that will need to be replaced for re-print due to errors made on the final product once you have approved the proof.
♥ CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY PROOF? ♥
You will be entitled to two rounds of revisions; any additional rounds are an additional $10.00.
♥ WHEN IS MY REMAINING BALANCE DUE? ♥
Remaining balance is due once proofs are approved. Once remaining balance is paid production will begin on your order.
Due to the nature of personalization of items, returns or exchanges are not offered. Please remember to check your proof very carefully to ensure proper spelling. Please read the proofing process paragraph in the additional information section below. In rare cases, if a mistake is made on our part, we will make all necessary corrections and replace the product at no charge to buyer. All we ask in return, is that you come to us personally so that we can fix it immediately.
